Custom Tub & Tile Refinishing provides professional surface refinishing services including but not limited to:

• Shower pan and stall refinishing

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the work. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• A service charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to past due accounts
• You are responsible for any collection costs or attorney fees incurred

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
• Remove personal items from work areas before service
• Ensure adequate ventilation during and after refinishing
• Follow all care and maintenance instructions provided
• Provide accurate information about surface conditions and previous treatments

6. Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty on our refinishing work under normal use conditions. The warranty covers:

• Peeling or flaking of refinished surfaces
• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Premature wear under normal household use

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper care or harsh cleaning products
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from impact or abuse
• Issues arising from structural problems or settling
• Surfaces not properly prepared due to customer constraints

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We shall not be liable for:

• Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
• Loss of use or inconvenience
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed
• Damage to personal property not caused by our negligence

8. Insurance and Safety

We maintain general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. All work is performed by trained professionals using industry-standard safety protocols and equipment.

9. Intellectual Property
